How to get the most from it

• Best-value use. Plus members can get up to a 25% payout bonus through Reward Wallet. Classic members can get up to 12.5%. The site says there is no minimum payout, though a payout method may set one.
• Common mistakes. The terms were last updated in April 2018. They disagree with the current Plus FAQ about whether a shortfall in the annual deduction is dropped or carried over. Neither version is treated as the rule.
• Expiry traps. Log in at least once every six months or the account may be closed as dormant and the cashback forfeited. You only own the cashback once a withdrawal succeeds.
