Best ways to maximise Aura (Alshaya)
- Set up Friends & Family. A group of up to 8 members shares one points pot, so small balances add up before they expire.
- Claim missed points within 30 days. Contact Aura if you forgot to scan. Offer and bonus points can't be claimed later.
- Spend bonus points first. They last 3 months, against 12 months for standard points.

- Aura Hello: AED 100 spent (before VAT) → 100 points × AED 0.02 = AED 2 (2%).
- Aura Star (1.5×): 150 points = AED 3 (3%).
- Aura VIP (2×): 200 points = AED 4 (4%).
- Primark: 0.5 points per AED 1 → AED 100 = 50 points = AED 1 (1%).
- VAT example from Aura: a AED 100 item plus AED 5 VAT earns points on AED 100.

You earn 1 tier point per AED 1 of eligible spend. Spending points doesn't lower your tier, and bonus points don't count towards tiers.
How to earn
- Show your Aura ID in the Aura MENA app at participating Alshaya stores and restaurants, or link your Aura ID on participating brand websites.
- Not eligible: Starbucks (redeem only), TEKZONE, Boots medicines and Alshaya gift cards.
- Points are ready to use the day after an in-store purchase, or a day after online delivery.
How to spend
- Pay fully or partly with points, in store or online. You only earn new points on the part paid by cash or card.
- Points can pay the VAT part of a bill too.
- Use points in the app's Exclusives section.

- We found no official route to convert Aura points into another programme. You can't buy extra points.
