Tickit (Dubai Holding)

How Tickit works at City Walk, La Mer, Bluewaters and more: 0.5–5% back by outlet, 1 point = AED 1, and when your points expire.

Best ways to maximise Tickit (Dubai Holding)

  • Use or lose your 2025 points by 31 December 2026. Points expire on 31 December of the year after you earn them, and Tickit's site is currently showing a points expiry alert.
  • Redeem from AED 50. Below that, the balance stays in the app. Each point you spend is worth AED 1 at participating outlets.
  • Points stay in the account that earned them. Tickit points can't be transferred to another member or into another programme.
  • Check the outlet's rate in the app. Each outlet shows its percentage next to its logo.
