  • Check your expiry dates on the 360° Rewards portal. Points expire on a rolling basis.

How it works now

  • Redeem on the 360° Rewards portal, in Standard Chartered Online Banking or in the SC Mobile Banking app, for catalogue items and gift vouchers.
  • Pay with points for purchases, activated in the SC Mobile app.
  • Cashback in the programme expires after 12 months.

Points earned in January 2024 expire in January 2027, and points earned in February 2024 expire in February 2027.

Conversions

  • Into airlines and hotels: discontinued from 1 April 2026. Requests made before 31 March 2026 were processed as usual.

Can I still transfer Standard Chartered points to Skywards or Etihad Guest? No. Transfers to all airline and hotel partners ended on 1 April 2026.

Do my points still have value? Yes, through vouchers, catalogue items and paying with points. Check the portal for current options.
